How it works

The Site Assessment is a critical first step in our process, wherein our team will visit the proposed installation location for the pods.
During the visit, we'll gain an understanding of the site conditions, identify potential challenges or opportunities, and gather the necessary information for design and planning. We will also take photographs and measurements as necessary. The inclusions are outlined in the table here:
This will allow us to prepare your complying development application, masterplan, and speak to our private certifier with confidence.

The next step is completing any reports required and obtaining the Complying Development Certificate. We then place your pod into the construction & manufacturing schedule.
There is a fee incurred for this stage and a fixed price quotation will be provided for your project.

Once the CDC is obtained and we all costs are agreed, we can then complete the construction of your PRIMEPOD’s in our Sydney based factory.

Concurrent with the manufacture of your pods, we complete the foundations and in-ground services. Once the pods are manufactured, we organise delivery to your location and complete the plug & play installation.

Upon completion of the works and the commissioning of the pods, we then organise the final inspections with our preferred certifier and obtain the relevant certification and sign-offs. It’s that easy.

Under recent legislation amendments for Agritourism in NSW you can place up to 6 pods on your land through a Complying Development Certificate. The land must be zoned RU1, RU2 or RU4 and the must be more than 15ha.
